Author Anthony Hamilton is the youngest of three siblings on his mother’s side. Even at a young age, he has been immersed in sports—namely football, track, athletics, and boxing. He was a 1997 Golden Gloves Regional Champion, even went on to becoming professional and successfully winning his pro debut. He then went to become a US Marine. He had been federal security officer, a deacon of the church, a trainer, a matchmaker, a promoter a manager.
